Terms of Use
These terms describe your use of the Sovi website and its connection to care.
About Sovi and these terms
Sovi Life LLC operates this website. These terms govern your use of Sovi’s website, together with any service-specific terms you accept during enrollment. Read the terms presented before you enroll or authorize a payment and keep a copy for your records.
Sovi helps you explore treatment options and connect with clinical services through OpenLoop. Licensed clinicians determine eligibility, treatment, and prescriptions. Selecting a product, completing intake, or making a payment does not guarantee a prescription or a particular result.
Medical care and eligibility
This website provides general information, not a diagnosis or individual medical advice. Do not delay seeking care because of information on this website. For an emergency, call 911.
Programs are intended for adults age 18 or older who meet the applicable clinical and location requirements. Give your clinician accurate information about your identity, location, medical history, medications, and symptoms, and tell them when anything changes. Your clinician may require further information, testing, or an in-person visit.
The clinical service has its own enrollment documents and consent process. Review OpenLoop’s Telehealth Consent before receiving care. Browsing this website does not replace that consent.
Intake, accounts, and communications
Product buttons take you to the corresponding hosted intake. Review the medication and plan shown there before continuing. Available choices may depend on your clinician’s assessment.
Protect your portal credentials and report suspected unauthorized access through the portal’s support process. Use only your own identity and information you are authorized to provide. Sovi can answer website questions at the address below; use the secure portal for medical questions.
Any required consent for electronic records, treatment communications, or payment authorization is handled during enrollment. Visiting this website alone does not authorize marketing texts or recurring charges.
Prices, plans, and payments
Each product’s pricing section identifies its payment schedule and full charge. Monthly pricing is based on four-week (28-day) periods, rather than calendar months. A monthly equivalent is a comparison amount, not a separate installment option. A three-month (12-week) prepaid plan requires the stated full payment upfront.
Before authorizing payment in the hosted service, review the total charge, included services, renewal terms, and any additional costs. Use an authorized payment method. Clinical assessment remains required for prescription treatment regardless of your selected plan.
Applicable subscriptions follow Sovi’s Cancellation and Refund Policy. That policy requires cancellation through the patient portal at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. Review the full policy for refund eligibility and its scope. Do not assume subscription terms apply to a non-subscription pill pack.
Prescriptions and delivery
A pharmacy dispenses medication only after the required clinical process and a valid prescription, where appropriate. Sovi does not manufacture compounded medications. Delivery timing depends on prescription review, pharmacy processing, product availability, and shipping conditions. Follow the dispensing pharmacy’s storage and use instructions, and contact the patient portal promptly about damaged or incorrect items.

State coverage
Services are available in all 50 states and Washington D.C. Medication and product availability varies based on clinical appropriateness, applicable federal and state laws, or other regulatory requirements. Not all therapies are available in all states. Availability is subject to change.
Medication information
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Product images are illustrative; actual dispensed packaging and labeling may differ.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains this website’s data practices. OpenLoop’s Notice of Privacy Practices describes its handling of protected health information. Those documents serve different purposes.
Using the website
You may browse and use the website for lawful personal purposes. Do not impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with other visitors, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or records.
Sovi’s branding and original website materials belong to Sovi or their respective rights holders. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse branding or content commercially. Rights provided by applicable law remain available.
External services and website availability
Intake, the patient portal, and pharmacy websites are separate services. Their own terms and privacy documents apply to their operations. Sovi may update website content or limit access when needed for maintenance or security. Website information and availability may change; confirm treatment questions with your clinician and current charges during enrollment.
Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Changes to these terms will be identified by a revised date, with additional notice or agreement where required.
