How do I know which treatment to choose?+
You don’t need to have a medication picked out. Explore a category that fits your
goals, then share your health history during intake. A licensed clinician determines
which options, if any, are appropriate for you.
What happens after I complete my intake?+
A licensed clinician reviews your information. They may need more details or a
consultation before making a treatment decision. Completing intake does not guarantee
a prescription.
What should I have ready?+
Have a list of your current medications and supplements, relevant medical history, and
any questions you want to discuss. Your intake may request additional information
based on the care you’re seeking.
Will I definitely receive medication?+
No. Your clinician may determine that medication is not appropriate or recommend
another next step. Treatment decisions are based on your individual health needs.
How do monthly prices and billing work?+
Monthly pricing is based on four-week (28-day) periods. A prepaid plan’s monthly
equivalent is a comparison amount; the full upfront charge appears on the card. Select
Learn more to review payment options. ED options are priced by pill pack, without a
subscription. Review the full charge on each card and the final billing terms before
paying.
What are compounded medications?+
Compounded medications are prepared by a pharmacy for an individual patient’s
prescription. They are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety,
effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Your clinician can explain the options and
their risks.
Who prepares and ships my medication?+
If prescribed, a pharmacy dispenses and ships your medication. Sovi does not
manufacture compounded medications. The product images are illustrative; your
packaging and labeling may look different. See Service Availability in the footer for
pharmacy information.
When will my medication arrive?+
Delivery depends on clinician review, any additional information needed, pharmacy
processing, and shipping. A delivery date is not guaranteed. Use your patient portal
for questions about your order.
Can I get care in my state?+
Services are available in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Specific medications and
therapies vary by clinical appropriateness and state and federal requirements. Not
every treatment is available in every state.
What if I have questions after starting treatment?+
Use your patient portal to contact your care team about your treatment, instructions,
or follow-up needs. Do not change your dose without clinical guidance. The portal is
not an emergency service; call 911 for a medical emergency.
How do cancellations and refunds work?+
For subscription services, request cancellation through your patient portal at least
72 hours before the next billing date. Refund eligibility depends on timing and
whether services or medication have been provided. Read the Cancellation & Refund
Policy in the footer for the full rules. Review the applicable terms presented during
enrollment before authorizing payment.
